Back in 1990, I got annoyed with my tape-trading friends, who always seemed to have rare stuff I could never get my hands on. I'll show 'em, I said. So I told them I had this here tape you're about to listen to. Only problem was: now I had to come up with the tape. So I did. It's all me, just me and my little 16-track. The "Janis" vocal was done WITHOUT the aid of Southern Comfort. There may have been some beer. In fact, there may have been a considerable amount of beer.
