Depersonalize it, and it's true. Any list has to protect
itself from someone with a destructive agenda even when the
agenda is not intentional, and just a result of childish
behavior.

What's this about "reacting negatively"? How about
the instigator's responsibility?

See, I don't buy this. Every pro-Ed "suggestion" for
management of this issue has reminded me of a
super-passive-aggresssive, dysfunctional family gathering
where everyone who is not a brat resigns to the fact that
they have to cave in to the brat if they don't want to
give grandma a heart attack.
Then the brat screams like a stuck pig, and it's "Would you
stop it? What's wrong with you?", directed at whoever didn't
just hand over on a silver platter whatever it was the brat
wanted.
Voila! Then magically it's the respondent's fault there's no peace.
