I find mr.ed's Invective no more Exciting than his alledged 
"ideas" - but then, We haven't seen any of those yet, have We?
                                          
As for sonic5's - and others - "freedom of speech" issues, I 
dunno; mr.ed Seems more like a Drunk Disturbing the Peace (and 
telling us to "get used to it"). I don't really see it as a
"Free Speech" issue; But I don't much care, I'll leave it up 
to Michael.
                              
IF Abuse and Invective are OK, then I'll deal with it as and 
how I see Fit. Doesn't seem something to waste a lot of time 
on. "Ignore" Certainly works; I'm Confident them as want to can 
just talk around the Noise... 
                            
So. A Proposal; An Experiment: We Can Get Rid of mr.ed at any 
time if He gets *Too* Bad, so let's Just give him a Try 
- Give him Laisser Faire - let's See How Badly Noise Degrades 
the Channel. If, after 30 days, We Can Still Communicate, then
