It's worth a moment to Consider:
What *is* the Meaning of "Outside of Society"?
and Can We be there? or Get there?
And then what?
I Certainly don't Suggest that to be "Outside..." is to be
Bad, Evil, Nasty, or Even "Outlaw...";
Neither is "to Lurk".
As for the Naming of "Robert Mapplethorpe":
Robert is an Artist. To Some Folx Artists are Heroes.
It is Never *Wrong* to Remember - and Proclaim - the Name(s) of
One's Heroe(s).
At first it seems Inappropriate to shout it out at a PS*G
Concert - but, really, why Not?
One might Reasonably *Hope* that Patti would be Inspired to say
a few things if She thought there were Interest...
It's only Marginally more InApproPo than yelling "Elvis", or
"Janis Joplin", or "Jim Morrison",...
Or "Allen Ginsberg".
Not quite the TouchStone of Stupidity/Iniquity that some would
have it...
It *All* comes down to: "Tell Us a Story, Patti."
