     Two cents on cameras-- I am just barely starting to do a little
performing and it requires a level of concentration that flash cameras can
really, badly intefere with.  I never thought about it much until I
anticipated doing it myself.  At something coming up we are going to
actually hand out something that requests no flash photography during
performances.  You need all your sense of balance about you and to be able
to draw up from deep reserves of energy.  Photography really can be kind
of soul-stealing, as is believed about cameras in some cultures, esp. when
it's flash.
