It's too late since the shows are over, but ...

Cameras really bother Patti a lot.  The noise, and especially the
flash (if flash is used) drive her crazy.  I remember one show where
she was in one of her beautiful moods that just made you want to 
hug everyone around you in the audience, and then a photographer
started in, and she started yelling at him, and it sort of wrecked
the moment.  So I'd say to respect Patti and not use cameras, or
at least not ones that she can detect.

(I've often wondered whether another reason she dislikes cameras
is that she doesn't dye away the gray hair or use makeup, and maybe
in spite of saying she doesn't care about that kind of thing maybe
she does have just a bit of human vanity somewhere, and doesn't
like being photographed because she thinks she'll look bad.  Not that
*I* think she looks bad, but maybe she does.)

I wouldn't care at all about using a camera if it were just because
CBGB or some club didn't like it, but I care because Patti doesn't
like it.
