Patti nite at cafe

    I just walked into Cava Java cafe in Ann Arbor, MI w/some postcards to
distribute, and Redondo Beach was playing.  It turns out they are having a
Patti Smith Night on Nov. 5 (Wed.)  I did not have time to get any more
details.  There was a pile of the posters of P&N, and what I assumed was a
raffling box for the lithograph.  The cafe is on the corner of
S.University and Forest St.  (N.E.)

    I think they may, for whatever reason, be acknowledged on P&N (unless
that's another Java House).

    I won't know until the last minute if I can make it or not, but I'll
draw some curvaceous little 88s on my hand if I do go.  Hope to. May be
preparing for  a day of barely-controlled madness the next day.
