Bockris/Burroughs

The Burroughs book is probably a reissue of a book Bockris did a number of
years ago. It chronicled a series of meetings between cool individuals--Joe
Strummer, Lou Reed (I accidentally typed Loud Reed--isn't that funny?),
Patti, etc.--and Burroughs in a Bowery apartment he had which used to be an
old YMCA locker room. Hence, The Bunker. Anyway, it's definitely worth
getting. The segment with him and Terry Southern divvying up a bag of
pharmaceuticals and trying to figure out what's shootable is pretty
hilarious.
