RE: artaud exhibit and The Passion of Joan of Arc

Patti admired Falconetti (Maria, or is it Renee? I had the
impression her name was Renee) and The Passion of Joan of Arc and refers
to it pretty often.

I've only seen that Dreyer film and Vampyr, but love them both.
Vampyr's another silent classic, an unfolding of one gorgeous and chilling
image after another, somewhat loosely based on "Carmilla" by Sheridan Le
Fanu. I would ask if there are any other vampire aficionados on the
list but that is straying too far perhaps ... By the way, though, I love
the goats and chupacabras, never had heard of them before. Thanks for
introducing the species. Irena
