Love Arthur Lee

After attending the Arhur Lee benefit severl weeks ago at the Beacon in NYC
where the news about his health was somewhat optimisitic it was very sad for me
to hear the following news: released several days ago.

It's been reported that Arhtur Lee who had Leukemia has died today in a
Memphis, Tenn. hospital. It's a very sad Day for the pop culture art & music
world and rock & roll...
As the Love song itself goes " Love is more than words " ( at least that's
what they say )
and Arthur you did set the Scene...
Forever Changes..( and I for one will miss you. )

( Love at the Bowery Ballroom in NYC a few years ago ranks up there as one of
the best shows I have ever seen ) Arhur was and has always been brilliant

I've also seen them a few times in they hey day back in the late 60's and
early 70's...most people just know Love or Arthur for his masterpiece " Forever
Changes " but there are many more brilliant and great Love albums too, plus at
least one sole record that I know of and own as part of my Love collection
that being called " Vindicator "
