Dime has recently had some server issues, with
occasional crashes, so they are trying to cut back the
membership a little. It has been limited to 100,000,
but until they get new servers, they are trying to cut
back to 75,000. New people had been signing on (and
dropping off) at a rapid pace, so it may be a little
tough to sign on right away. Keep trying though -
sooner or later you'll get on.
