It very well could be someone else and mislabeled as being by the Kinks. I 
found the Residents labeled as "Middle Eastern band". I could send you an 
MP3 Frank and let you listen. It's about 2.5 MBs.

Another one I question is the Rolling Stones. It actually sounds more the 
Kinks to me.
