I use FLAC Frontend (http://members.home.nl/w.speek/flac.htm) to
convert the FLAC files to WAV files (which you can burn to CDR or
convert to mp3). Using FLAC saves download time because it compresses
WAV files to files about half as big, while still (unlike mp3) being
loss-less. Some programs, such as Winamp, play FLACs without needing
to convert them.
