Lizzy Descloux; "Press Color" and "Morning High"

The other day I played Press Color by Lizzy and realized I had
forgotten about the duet with Patti on Morning High.

A search of the archives didn't reveal a specific mention about that
track being available....just some chatter about a cd, "The
Assassins," that it doesn't seem to have ever appeared. (see below)
Anyone know more?

How about if Patti and Lizzy have done anything together since then?
Paul Gass, do you know?

Thanx,
Dennis

Just received a rough photocopied version of the liner notes to
"Hashisheen," the Bill Laswell production formerly known as "The Assassins."
The CD is tentatively scheduled for release in January or February of 1998,
probably on a new label, name as yet unknown to me. This is not a tribute to
Arthur Rimbaud (that was Hector Zazou's "Sahara Blue"). The Patti
Smith/Lizzy Mercier Descloux track is, however, the Rimbaud poem 'Morning
High.' Patti speaks it in English, Lizzy in French, with music by Nicky
Skopelitis and "additional guitar" by Oliver Ray. This is a spoken
word/music album about Hassan i Sabbah and the Assassins of Alamout,
featuring writings on that subject from across the centuries: various
Ismaili poets, Hakim Bey, William Burroughs, Brion Gysin, Peter Lamborn
Wilson, etc. Other readers include Genesis P Orridge, Iggy Pop, Sussan
Deihim (check out her album 'Majoun'!) Hakim Bey, Ira Cohen and Nicole
Blackman. All in all pretty interesting, although Mr. Osterberg's readings
seem a little awkward compared to the rest.
