hard to be her boyfriend with all of us crazy maniac fans?????? Ollie didn't
give a crap...he became a meanspirited son of a bitch as soon as he got over
his stage fright....all he managed to do was make patti a nastier person
than she normally has been since I ever have been in her vicinity....she is
very very nice now.....I guess its a relief to be rid of the little
untalented turd and get rid of the charade that he's her collaberator and a
poet....his output over their 10 years call whatever song they did together
patti's gift and her belief that Ollie had talent....as for Tony, he's a
saint, yeah he got along with Ollie, did he have a choice....???? I give him
credit for keeping the band together when no one else could stand the little
untalented nonmusical whiner..I think he broke up many a band meeting fight,
and many a non band meeting fight too....Tony has the patience of Job and
the talent of a multiinstrumentalist.....as the new guy I guess he got stuck
with the job of keeping Lenny from quitting or walking off stage as Oliver
got treated like the son of George HW Bush, and had about as much musical
literacy as W has intelligence or ability to
speak/talk/walk/empathize/lead/read/or ride a bike. I would like to point
out that Ollie rose to the top despite his no talent and underwear model cum
beat poet sensitive pale blue eyes hooked into the Ann Arbor Ginsberg Annual
Poetry Project probably cuz of his stockbroker/rich wall street type
divorced (how broken he must be and so thin) dad who had connections where
he had the good/bad fortune to meet patti...all I want to say is what about
the Andi Ostrowe's of Patti's world, the person who sat and wrote down the
words patti dictated from her hospital bed wherever that was, when she was
recovering for months after she broke her neck in January 1976....???????
Andi took down every word by hand that patti said and that was
Babel....without Andi, no Babel.... What about those people???? The people
at Gotham Book Mart that helped her sell her books, other book people that
didn't rip her off like that first guy did.....Hanuman Books, yeah Ollie
worked there I think, not due to his creative output tho.... what about
Sadowsky musical instruments that the band used for a while.....did they
help out the band???? what about the Bowery Ballroom setting aside New Years
and two other days the first year or 2 not knowing who would show
up.....Just so this isn't a stupid email check out cafepress.com, (or org),
its a bunch of local/small businesses working out of one email address with
great bumper stickers. I just thought of one stupid one: Tony likes Ollie.
Go Tony!!!! Tony is A Tiger.... Dreamy Tony Shanahan...all the Girls and
Boys Love Tony!!!!!! He's from NJ. NJ 's looking for a state slogan, I say.
New Jersey: Home of Dreamy Tony Shanahan. JTC, vitriolicolliebasheritsfun.
