Last night at the Camden show, one that started slow, but killed at
the end, our good friend Adam gave me a copy of the Meltdown "Songs of
Experience" show. It runs almost 3 hours. I don't have a track list
yet, but what I've heard sounds interesting. I'm willing to do a
bunch of B&Ps for this show, if everyone is patient and will follow a
couple of simple rules:
Please respond to this message at <lou.farrell>, rather than
to the list. Put "Songs..." in the subject line. If you post to the
list, I won't respond, plus you'll clutter up everyone else's inbox.
You must send a stamped, self-addressed mailer, along with three 80
minute blank CDRs. Please do not send Memorex or Imation. My burner
will throw a fit.
Those not in the USA should send me an extra disc along with a mailer
and I'll eat the extra cost for the return postage.
Let's not talk about trades at this time. I'll be too busy burning
and I'm sure to F%$# it up.
Everyone who gets the B&P should strongly consider swapping the discs
or passing copies on to their usual trading partners. The idea is to
spread the music around.
I will contact everyone and send my mailing address. I've got this
thing about posting my address on a public list.
If I get a package that doesn't have three 80 minute discs and a
return, stamped mailer, you won't get anything back. I'll keep 'em
and let my kids make mixes of 311, Good Charlotte and The Killers.
This is a pretty simple deal. I'm not going to cover postage or put
my blanks in your package.
Play nice,
Lou Farrell
