Re: To Our Friends In London

Gordon, Andrew, Mx, thanks for checking in, and your reports of the conditions
there in London.
I'm glad none of you were involved personally in this tragedy. I hope your
friends are all OK as well.
Yes, the 'blitz spirit' must be prevalent, however its still very much a
concern, so many stations were hit.
Glad someone was able to go have a pint and relax a bit, I hope this is the
last of these types of things but I have a hard time believing it.
I posted a reply to Keith's London concern, not realising there was one down
here (thankyou Seena, as usual for beating me to the floor here..)

I hope to hear from all London friends, and God be with the survivors and the
families and friends of the murdered. Please keep us posted.

Again, sending Love, Peace and Healing Energy,
(And another pint for Mx!)
XO-Glenna

  Many thanks for the concern.

I'm sitiing in W1,about a mile from the nearest bomb, but its all pretty
calm. its a lot worse in the City.

we have something here called the blitz spirit. doesnt make it any better,
but we were bombed by the zeppelins in ww1, bombed by the nazis in ww2,
bombed
by the ira in the seventies onwards, so there's not a lot of panic. we all
went to the pub at lunch time for a few pints. eat drink and be merry.
gallows humour. the english are good at it.

big worry is the backlash. mosques will burn tonight. the right will
use this as an excuse for further repression. Biometric ID cards anyone?

In heart I am a moslem
In heart I am an (english) artist

  and I have no guilt.
