You're right...oh well.  It wasn't the best thing I ever saw,
but 'twarn't so bad either.  I'm not ashamed to say I like
a lot of Madonna's stuff.  The Gainsbourg voiceover is
apparently from a movie called "The Cement Garden"
(has incestuous overtones I'm told).  I think Gainsbourg
comes the closest to looking like Patti of any actor out
there, gorgeously, quirkily, and from the little I've seen
of her work, could potentially be deep like the ocean as
well.  (And she's put out tunes with her dad, the
(in)famous Serge "Je t'aime" Gainsbourg.)

Another pick of mine for the role of young Patti would be
Heather Matarazza, of "Welcome to the Dollhouse."  Not
quite the same look, but definitely seems to have that fire.
