I'd say yup, since the way she bellowed/growled out those
few words while simultaneously beaming on her son was
(for me) incredibly memorable. And during the song, she'd
stay off stage, come back casually just for her line, deliver it
con brio and then go off again to give Jackson the stage.
One of the many times I've thought damn what a mother.
