Thanks to the posting by Liina, my girlfriend and I have finally seen "All
Over Me," featuring a main character who has a large poster of Patti Smith
hanging in her bedroom. At one point she walks over to it and kisses her on
the lips. This same character puts "Pissing in a River" on the stereo later
in the movie in order to move through a cathartic expression of sorrow and
loss. Sweet and moving.
