Thanks for the suggestions.  I'm always open to this kind of input, and I
can't think of a more appropriate forum for it really.  I might also include
Kathy Acker, Hubert Selby Jr., Henry Rollins, Antonin Artaud (OK, so he's a
bit old.  He should always be mentioned), Billy Childish (brilliant!).  I
have also heard good reports on William Vollman & Robertson Davies.  Can
anybody here confirm or deny their worth?
