It slices it dices it jumps it pumps it humps it grumps! No, not this tape! This tape is silky smooth and straighforward and some pretty fine music volks! "It's a jj,jj,jj,jj World!"... This is some pretty solid meat and potatos stuff, and while it might be a little too straightforward for me, think a lot of you volks should be salivating.... Starts off at its most daring with what struck me best, "The All Rock Section", the first 4 killer songs in particular...Really satisfying sounds without a doubt... I'd never heard any of them, and I'm wondering why not, really class stuff... [The Bobs, wuz wondering what they were about, really catchy song there, was wondering if that wuz like a white spiritual? or xomesing... A David Bowie song I hadn't a clue about... James Blood Ulmer, ditto there in entirety, had heard the name but that wuz it, quite the surprising sound..].. The next section has probably one of the nastiest songs I've ever heard, and it's a shame it came on the heels of the RW world tape, because it brought to mind Victor Lundberg for some strange reason... I don't know Armond Schaubroeck, Victor Lundberg... close... Painful stuff to say the least....JJ mighta wanted to save that for december, think it would have a *little* more punch... The second side is really the real real straightforward stuff...Not bad at all, and listenable in the extreme.. Stuff for the most part I'm not familiar with, kinda the nonrad cult scene supreme, tho I do have Pirates live off the Hope and Anchor compilation... Tis a bases full tape volks, if you dig good music, you're in the right place...Check it out!
