Well, whatever you do, DO NOT USE SOAP!!!!  I would suggest not immersing
the record in any liquid, try dampening a lint free cloth (although a
little lint is better than a lot of mold) with rubbing alcohol and
rubbing the record in a circular fashion.  If no one on the list is an
expert on this, try calling a record specialty shop, I'm sure someone
there would know.
Alcohol may kill the mold, and it also dries quickly leaving no residue. 
Water apparently dries slower and will leave calcium deposits in your
grooves.  There may be a commercial mildew remover that won't harm your
record, again, an expert would know.
If you do get your records clean, definitely don't store them in the old
sleeves again.
