This is adding a new dimension to green fuzz isn't it!. I think you should
definitely wash the vinyl in cold water or at least wipe it with a record
cloth and throw the cloth away. As for sleeves, mold hates sunlight and dry
air so try cleaning as much off with a dry rag and put sleeve in the morning
sunlight upright for about an hour or so. if the sleeve is wet as well as
moldy still put it in the sun but put an old unwanted record inside so that
the sleeve retains its shape, you may need to peg it together but put tissue
under the peg pressure points to avoid denting the cardboard.
