I don't know if I'm with you on "Clambake", Glynis - I consider it pretty
far along in Elvis's "Baroque" phase (i.e. shitty) - but you and Deena are
both Candy Johnson fans like me!  For those who don't know her, Candy's
the not-quite-so-glam but darn peppy one with the blonde
bubble do and usually a fringed outfit who gets at LEAST one feature
spot in 'most any AIP movie.  She's great...BUT the problem remains to
IDENTIFY the various dances she's doing!  I still want to know how to
Hully Gully!
There are excellent dance sequences in lots of Elvis movies, for that
matter.  "Viva Las Vegas" is probably "the one to beat", or "Jailhouse
Rock" if you like looking at BOYS dancing! :^)
