Re: Danny McCormack

Hi,
Not the same as Mink DeVille's 1st LP, what a band, what an album. We got to know those guys the month me and Peter started DMZ. I loved that band. We played
a number of shows together in '76.

Immortals: 'flash in the pan'? an understatement! It was Danny and I and Alpo and Howie from the Real Kids. This was around 87-89 era. We played a bunch of
gigs in a short span of time. Danny left and was replaced by Preston Wayne who'd replaced Peter Greenberg in DMZ. Preston and I have been best friends for
over 20 years. He's got a CD out now with a band, the Time Beings. An Immortals gig at the Rat was video taped while Danny was still a memeber. I think I
still have a copy. A number of the band memebers that were the core of the Boston scene circa 76-78 were, and remain, a rather incestious lot. It's strange
but pretty cool. Good concept for a family tree type project. Nice to hear from ya.
