Bang just played in Spain but I still don't know how it was. I know they
have a problem finding a 4th member, their guitar player/drummer going
back and forth. As far as garage bands in France, I can only tell about
the few ones in the Paris area and there's nothing too hot. A band
called the Groovers is going to open for the Hentchmen here and they're
kinda ok though the singer is a bit weak. They play (soft) freak beat
stuff.
If anyone comes to Paris this fall here are the coming attractions:
the No Talents and the Stitches (sunday Oct. 4th)
Wangs (local surfers) and DM3 (wedn. Oct.7th)
My band Steve & the Jerks + the Registrators (wedn. Oct. 28th)
the following weekend, everybody will be in London
Hentchmen (nov 4th)
Sonny Vincent (nov 6th)
Glucifer (nov 8th)
T Model Ford (nov 20th)
TV Killers+Turbonegro (nov 23)
Andre Williams (nov 24th)
Nashville Pussy (dec 9th)
Turpentines (dec 13th... supposed to be a garage band... from Sweden)

Last weekend local oi heros les Teckels (with members of the No Talents
and the Jerks) played dressed with scuba diving suits!
