Hey,

This week Rocky and Deena returned after a short side-trip to present a
pulverizing package of power pop perfection, partly prompted by a book called
"Shake Some Action -
- The Ultimate Power Pop Guide" by John Borack.  This great guide to the genre
also includes a nifty CD containing loads of rare and unissued elsewhere
tracks, a few of which we featured by the likes of Backstreet Noise, 20/20,
the Michael Guthrie Band and Dom Mariani.  We also unleashed top-notch tracks
by Young Canadians, Pointed Sticks, Numbers, Ride Theory, Romantics, Lolas,
Raspberries, Rubinoos and more!  You can check out the full playlist along
