as many people as i see sitting in bars talking on the phone and text
messaging, rather than conversing with the people sitting right next to them,
someone must consider it enjoyable. but i shouldn't point fingers, i'm
usually the asshole sitting at the bar reading a book. errrr, but i only read
when the people sitting next to me are busy talking on the phone...hehe

It's weird to think of communication as entertainment, but...Well, maybe
we need to ask the question differently: Can conversation be
entertainment? I sure think so. Much of the conversation in question
is enjoyable to them on some level.
