    How much would it have cost to do it right compared to the expense and
nuisance of rebinding? I doubt a couple of extra bucks per book would have
hurt sales at all. And where's the SHAKE SOME ACTION LP review, which may have
overrated the record somewhat but was perhaps Shaw's most brilliant
manifesto?
