Re: [bomp] Burma vs. Willie Loco, Rick Berlin, The Cars, Aerosmith

I'll give you Aerosmith ..though they broke no new ground ..never have

Willie Loco ..? Please

Pixies were a big influence on the underground ..but well after Burma had
paved the way ..

Mission of Burma wrote the blue print for most all indie rock ..

J Geils ???? are you ok ?

They were the guys influenced by R&B they made no new turf ...they played on
the old turf and did it better than most ..

The Cars had a fresh new sound ...that morphed into spineless top 40 ..Kids
in garages playing them ? sure
Paving a way for kids to think different ..?
No way ..
