This is ironic. In one paragraph, you complain about people attacking 
Viglione rather than the substance of his review (which is untrue. Everyone 
read his review and disagreed with specific points made in it) AND attack 
people who disagreed with his review.

Nice of Nancy to make up with him. She's a class act, as far as I'm 
concerned. He still said what he said.

Meaning what? Viglione has gone to more Lyres shows, so he's above 
criticism?

The biggest criticism of his review, which you didn't address, was Simon's 
point that the book was written for a larger audience than just people from 
the "Boston scene" who want to reminisce so people who are of interest to 
that larger audience are going to be covered at the expense of people who no 
one outside of Boston cares about.

Viglione goes on about Milano's "lack of objectivity" when his real 
complaint is that Milano didn't see things the same way that he did and a 
lot of the review sounds more like a personal attack on Milano than anything 
else. That opens him up for criticism.
