Maybe they 'd be as well remembered as Johnny Kidd & the Pirates.
Maybe bands that dressed like hooligans would gotten a shot.
Cleaning up was a brillian idea. Of course, the songs and the skills would still be there.
2nd guessing history is so tricky!
Why did a band with everything like Barry & the Remains or the Bobby Fuller 4 (or the Pretty Things) not do better? I 've always thought there was just so much going on: Dylan, Beatles, Beach Boys, Rolling Stones and then brain freeze sets in.
