[bomp] Need cheap NYC rehearsal studio

Clean carpets and cupholders not important. Small OK (4 people) with drum
kit and 3 amps, weak PA not a problem because we're not singing. Need for 2
hours, Manhattan or Brooklyn.

Ideas?
