I don't agree about him
never finishing a story though...I've heard him finish many a story.

Well, what I mean is Chick NEVER not finished a story.  Vinny just neglected 
to finish sometimes, and it was a bitch, because the stories were about 
baseball (far more interesting), went back longer and also were just hella 
interesting, the way he spun 'em.  This is a guy who learned from Red Barber, remember, 
and spoke to the Brooklyn fans at the beginning of his career.
