[bomp] Is Ice magazine gone for good?

Hey:

Anyone know if Ice Magazine is gone for good? I let my
sub expire (by laziness) late last year, and had
bought several issues at the bookstore, but seemed to
have missed the last few issues (not getting into a
town big enough to have a Borders and/or Barnes and
Noble that carry it more than once or twice a month).
Today I got on their web site to resubscribe and I see
a notice that they still owe subscribers for the last
three issues (that explains why I hadn't seen them),
that they're "working on a final disposition" but that
they're also working on the "future of Ice Magazine"
into the summer and fall. 

So does "final disposition" mean final as in no more
mag, and what they're working on is just how to
satisfy the missed issues to subscribers with
something else? Or are they working to come back? 

If they're gone, is there any other resource that
carries a more or less complete listing (less the more
indie labels) of what's coming out?
