Huh... I didn't know that... perhaps it wasn't ALWAYS pay to play because I 
remember these shows not being that way...

  The Anti Club went pay to play in '89. That's why we never played there (although I'd played there earlier in other bands, pre-pay-to-play. Perhaps Reine cut you some sort of deal because she knew the bands,
