Saturday April 15 at Viva La Frida, Seminole Heights/Tampa; a WMNF show
starring DAVID DONDERO with openers WILL QUINLAN (of Diviners/Pagan
Saints) and MIKE O'NEILL (ye Unrequited Loves); Tampa, 8 p.m.; $10
advance, $13 at the door; WMNF: (813) 238-8001.  (p.s. then I will
likely be busking later that night at The New World Brewery for their
anniversary show with Athens GA's FIVE-EIGHT, we'll see).



Friday MAY 12 at the Orpheum, .Ybor City/Tampa; MARK KOZELEK (Red House
Painters/Sun Kill Moon) and MIKE O'NEILL (UnLoves), 9 p.m., $15; The
Orpheum,: (813) 248-9500.



Friday May 19 at Emerald Bar St. Pete with THEE FOUR SHAMES  (Orlando
mod group/ex-Hatebombs etc.) and THE UNREQUITED LOVES, plus opener MIKE
O'NEILL. 9:30 p.m., $5.



Saturday MAY 20 at BOMBSHELL GALLERY in St Pete: super secret theme show
with several great bands and solo artists, including THE UNREQUITED
LOVES, FOUR SHAMES,  ALLEN WINKLE (!!) and big big stars to be ID'd when
we reach their price. Same night as Ybor's WMNF TROPICAL HEATWAVE, this
is the Pinellas County alternative!



... that's about it. Mike O'Neill will be playing solo in the gutter
when he gets a chance, The Unrequited Loves will be finishing work on
their second album (now titled "Blues From Phylis" but that could change
of course). Ok, I gotta go introduce the River Cove Ramblers at Lowry
Park for the Friday Extra Concert Series (live and rerun on public
access cable, 7 p.m. sharp). Wish me luck!
