[bomp] Re: The Decline Of The Bomp List
A-ha, but were they ever? I'll admit I only have a limited knowledge of that
band's work, but everything I've ever seen or heard from them always seemed
to be lifted straight from whatever they were into at the time, be it Gary
McFarland, Caetano Veloso, sunshine pop and whatnot.
Not that there's anything wrong with that of course, in fact that's pretty
much how I make music myself, but I guess it does perhaps make their/my
creativity somewhat relative under a certain light.
