Well... Umm... One can only use a brand name owned by another if they give permission.  According to another post, Suzy's given her permission, w/certain restrictions.  So, either we honor those restrictions and keep the name, or just change the name.  Of course, if we find out she'd be happier if we just changed the name, I think it would be nice to accede to her wishes.
