I guess it's only a matter of taste, but I strongly disagree. For one thing
that was around the time the bountiful CD-R comp boom started, and secondly
the Shindig reviews since 2002 show the reissue scene is still happening
within and beyond the confines of 1966 snot-punk and 1967 acid-psych:
