Greg and Suzy both wanted this list put to bed, so to speak. It's been an
unending source of trouble for them, including one unnamed jerk from New
England (can't come after me this time, jackass..no names!!) who has filed
and threatened lawsuits over comments he found disparaging (he actually
searches listservs for his name and then goes after the list owners, poster,
etc.). So really, if we were to honor Greg Shaw's wishes, we'd kill the
list.
