I mean, it looks like the food will be good and all, but $300/person?  
YEESH!  Thing is, for a big Times Square area to-do on New Year's Eve, 
that's not an unreasonable price.  It's just unreasonable for anyone 
involved with cool rock'n'roll.  $300 is hardly an "underground" price.

As to the ESPN involvement, well... The way I see it, MTV isn't really 
about music these days, so why should ESPN stick to sports?
