THANK YOU

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to all the people who expressed their kind words, thoughts and prayers on the passing of my Mother, Lillian.  Some of you shared your experiences of loss, and it was quite touching.  From this experience I can only
offer one bit of advice:  TAKE NOTHING FOR GRANTED.


PHOTO SHOOT FOR NEW ALBUM

Well, it was necessary.  You record a new album, you gotta have some
artwork.  Usually this artwork involves photographs.  Usually the
photographs contain the band members as the subjects.   We were able
to overcome this adverse situation by securing the talents of Autumn
Spadaro as official photographer for the "shoot".  Hey, Autumn, can
we keep the car?  Please?  	

Photos were taken in and around Asbury Lanes in beautiful, picturesque Asbury Park, NJ.	


"TAKE IT SLOW" RECORDING UPDATE

We're back in the swing of things after a brief hiatus, and we'll be
concentrating primarily on finishing up the recording for our new Get
Hip album.  We'll play only one more show this year (just so's we can
remember what it's like to stumble about on stage, limbs all akimbo,
amps popping and fizzing, etc.)   Just a couple more songs left to
record, then it's on to mixing.  We've secured the stellar expertise
of Scott (I used to be a Hate Bomb but still sometimes put on the ol'
uniform just to see if it fits) Sugiuchi to do the artwork for the
album, officially entitled "Take it Slow".

Years Eve show or something.  At least we'll have time to finish up
the album before Get Hip tells us to Get Lost!
