Tim,

I assume you're referring to the Children of Nuggets.  Personally, I don't 
think it was meant to represent the garage/psych scene, but rather bands 
that were influenced in some way by the original Nuggets.  While I was never 
a fan of Primal Scream (or a few others on that box, for that matter), I can 
see how they were influenced by Nuggets.)
