Re: [bomp] Lurkers de-lurk?

Glad to hear you're alive and well Tom. I guess our last near-miss was during that last Roach Motel reunion tour? I'll probably be in FLA in December....are you still down around Palm Beach?

Hey Bob!

Your friend Mr. Tomwalls here... I can't even make time to read the digests,
much less lurk!!! If I only had the time, my life would be better. I only
read your post quite by accident!

I really wish I could get around to digesting the digests. It seems these
days that my sole source of of musical education is the WFMU archives, which
is not a bad thing at all.

Hey everybody,

I've been lurking on this list for 7 or 8 years now, posting maybe three
times.
Because it's a small world I know a bunch of you anyhow.

I was so pleased to see the list revitalized that I immediately sent a post
vowing to *actually participate* from now on, and encouraging other lurkers
to
do the same. Apparently my ability to post messages lapsed somehow, my
first
message never showed up in the digest.

So I have re-subscribed from my yahoo account.
And I'm still on the de-lurking bandwagon. In fact, I'd like to start a
thread
for lurkers: how long have you been lurking, and what (good or bad) keeps
you in
lurkdom?
