Yes, I'm sure it's the same 45.  I've seen 4 copies of this since the early
to mid 80s (including mine) so I was kind of surprised to find it was so
rare.  No, it's not for sale or trade (just to give a blanket response to
the 7 emails I've received offlist) so no more requests for label scans,
photos, etc...   

I actually don't have anything else by him and I haven't been looking.  I
don't really buy garage records anymore and haven't for almost 20 years- my
money goes primarily to 50s R&B/rock n roll and 70s punk 45s.
