I have been dealing with Suzy. The list can continue as long as the name is
changed. It's that or the list goes. I haven't been confrontational with
anyone at any point in regards to this matter. There was someone at Bomp
that was rather confrontational with me, threatening legal action, etc. But
the list is going back to moderated status- that means everyone's posts will
have to be moderated before they hit the list. I'm not letting the list die
but it will have to change so as not to upset Bomp. They have very valid
points and I will do what they ask.
