I wouldn't sweat it, it doesn't look like they even have
a valid trademark on the name "Bomp":

Plus, you have the added protection of not living in the
U.S.
You should probably still change the name of the list just
to be a nice guy, or maybe just stick a fork in it and put
it out its misery.
But if their lawyer starts threatening you, tell 'em to
