[bomp] Fender amps

Is there any company that makes new amps based on the old Fender amps?  I know there are boutique amps but they always have some new twist in them that I may not like. Every time I hear a good amp in a club I talk to they person about it and it's always the same story:

 "Ya, it was made in 1845 and they made them by hand then, point to point wiring, no circuit boards, all the parts to the factory were transported by horses.  it makes the sound better"

For crying out loud why doesn't someone get the schematic for old Fender amps and set up shop in china and make them affordable.  that way we can all have good tone and not worry about bringing a $2,000 amp to a sketchy part of town in some bar.
